지우네소프트(jiwoonesoft, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수하며, 내닉·내닉ai(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 내닉과 내닉ai에 적용됩니다. 이 방침에서 "새 iOS 앱"은 홈 화면 이름이 "내닉"인 iOS 앱(버전 2026.11.0 이상)을, "기존 앱"은 홈 화면 이름이 "내닉ai"인 Android 앱과 이전 버전 iOS 앱을 뜻합니다. 새 iOS 앱은 같은 App Store 앱의 업데이트로 제공됩니다. 새 iOS 앱과 기존 앱의 처리 방식이 다른 부분은 본문에 따로 적습니다.

수집 방법: 앱 실행, 소셜 로그인, 서비스 이용 시 앱과 서버, 서비스 내 서드파티 SDK를 통해 수집됩니다.
기기 식별값 안내: 새 iOS 앱은 광고 시청 무료 생성(하루 2회)과 피드백 보너스(하루 1회)의 하루 한도를 기기 단위로도 적용하기 위해 무작위 값을 만들어 이 기기에서만 쓰는 키체인 항목에 저장합니다. 이 값은 기기 하드웨어 정보나 광고 식별자로 만들지 않으며, 하루 한도 적용에만 쓰고 광고와 추적에 쓰지 않습니다. 이 값은 회사 서버(Supabase)에만 보냅니다. 로그아웃, 계정 삭제, 앱 재설치 뒤에도 같은 값이 쓰일 수 있습니다. 다른 기기로 옮기거나 백업을 다른 기기에 복원할 때는 옮겨지지 않습니다. 서버에 저장한 기기 식별값의 보유 기간은 4항을 따릅니다.
안내: 닉네임 생성을 위해 입력하거나 고른 내용은 AI 처리를 위해 새 iOS 앱은 Anthropic과 TypeSafe AI에, 기존 앱은 OpenAI에 전송합니다. 이때 계정 식별자와 이메일 주소는 보내지 않습니다. 보관함에 담긴 닉네임의 이름·설명은 계정 정보 없이 다른 이용자의 닉네임 생성 예시로 AI 사업자에 전송될 수 있습니다. 입력란에 성명, 연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 회사는 민감정보(사상·신념, 정치적 견해, 건강 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.
서비스는 이용자의 위치정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며, 기기의 정밀 위치(GPS)에 접근하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 SDK(Google AdMob)가 IP 주소에 기반한 대략적인 위치를 광고 제공 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다.
회사는 이용자가 계정을 삭제하거나(6항 참고) 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.

계정 삭제 뒤에도 남는 정보: 계정을 삭제하면 계정 정보, 남은 횟수와 다이아, 보관함 목록을 지웁니다. 새 iOS 앱의 생성 기록(인터뷰 답, 생성 결과), 결과에 대한 반응, 일별 이용 횟수, Live Activity 알림 토큰도 지웁니다. 아래 정보는 계정을 삭제한 뒤에도 표의 기간 동안 남습니다. 인증 서비스 감사 기록을 뺀 나머지는 계정과 연결하지 않은 상태로 남습니다.

회사는 매일 서버 정리 작업으로 위 표의 보유 기간이 지난 결제 기록, 기기별 무료 이용 기록, 인증 서비스 감사 기록을 지웁니다. 기기별 무료 이용 기록과 인증 서비스 감사 기록은 계정 삭제와 관계없이 위 표의 기간이 지나면 지웁니다. 새 iOS 앱의 생성 작업 기록에 함께 저장한 기기 식별값과 Live Activity 알림 토큰은 작업 시작 후 약 1~2일 안에 지웁니다. 1년 동안 쓰지 않은 익명 계정(유료로 산 횟수가 남은 계정 제외)도 그 기록과 함께 지웁니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우, 법령의 규정에 의한 경우, 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 가공하여 통계·연구 목적으로 제공하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
서비스는 아래 서드파티 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 관련 정보가 해당 사업자에게 전송·처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 국가가 미국인 사업자에게 보내는 정보는 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전은 서비스를 이용하는 동안 해당 기능이 동작할 때 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로 이루어집니다. 각 사업자의 보유 기간은 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 로그인·광고 시청 같은 선택 기능을 쓰지 않거나 앱 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 기존 앱의 광고(Google AdMob)와 이용 분석(Amplitude)은 앱을 실행하면 동작하므로, 앱 이용을 중단해야 이전이 멈춥니다. AI 닉네임 생성은 아래 AI 사업자 없이 제공할 수 없습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제(탈퇴): 새 iOS 앱에서는 화면 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니바퀴) → 계정 삭제에서 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple 로그인이 연결된 계정은 삭제 전에 Apple 인증을 한 번 더 요청하며, 회사는 Apple에 로그인 연결 해제(토큰 폐기)를 요청합니다. 로그인하지 않고 쓴 기록은 Apple·Google 계정으로 로그인할 때 그 계정에 이어지며, 이어진 기록은 계정 삭제 때 함께 지워집니다. 다만 그 Apple·Google 계정이나 같은 이메일로 이미 가입한 계정이 있으면, 이미 가입한 계정으로 로그인되며 로그인하지 않고 쓴 기록은 이어지지 않고 4항의 기간 동안 남습니다. 로그인하지 않은 상태에서는 같은 설정의 이 기기 기록 삭제로 그 기록을 바로 지울 수 있으니, 이어지지 않을 기록을 지우려면 로그인하기 전에 삭제해 주세요. 기존 앱 이용자는 jiwoonesoft@gmail.com으로 계정 삭제를 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사는 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 계정 및 관련 개인정보를 삭제합니다. 삭제하는 정보와 삭제 뒤에도 남는 정보는 4항을 따릅니다.
맞춤형 광고 거부: iOS 앱은 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰기 전에 앱 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용하지 않으면 IDFA를 쓰지 않으며, 광고는 계속 볼 수 있습니다. 허용 여부는 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기 설정의 광고 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되는 경우 회사는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 보호자께서는 관련 사실을 발견하시면 위 연락처로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
기타 개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 2026-10-26부터 시행됩니다. 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
Jiwoonesoft (the "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and establishes and discloses this privacy policy to safely protect the personal information of users of NaeNick and NaeNick AI (the "Service").
This policy applies to the mobile applications NaeNick and NaeNick AI provided by the Company. In this policy, the "new iOS app" means the iOS app whose home-screen name is "내닉" (NaeNick), version 2026.11.0 or later, and the "existing app" means the Android app and earlier versions of the iOS app, whose home-screen name is "내닉ai" (NaeNick AI). The new iOS app is delivered as an update to the same App Store app. Where the new iOS app and the existing app process information differently, this policy says so.

Collection method: collected by the app, our servers, and third-party SDKs in the Service when you launch the app, sign in with a social account, and use the Service.
Device identifier: To apply the daily limits on ad-supported free generations (2 per day) and the feedback bonus (1 per day) per device as well as per account, the new iOS app creates a random value and stores it in a Keychain item that stays on this device only. This value is not derived from device hardware information or advertising identifiers. It is used only to apply these daily limits and is not used for advertising or tracking. The value is sent only to the Company's server (Supabase). The same value may continue to be used after you sign out, delete your account, or reinstall the app. It is not transferred when you move to another device or restore a backup onto a different device. Section 4 describes how long the server keeps this value.
Note: What you enter or select to generate nicknames is transmitted for AI processing to Anthropic and TypeSafe AI (new iOS app) or to OpenAI (existing app). Your account identifier and email address are not sent. The names and descriptions of saved nicknames may be sent to AI providers, without any account information, as examples for generating nicknames for other users. Please do not enter personal information such as names or contact details. The Company does not collect sensitive information (beliefs, political views, health, etc.).
The Service does not directly collect your location information and does not access your device's precise location (GPS). However, the advertising SDK (Google AdMob) may use an approximate location based on your IP address for the purpose of serving ads.
The Company destroys information without delay when a user deletes their account (see Section 6) or when the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Information stored as electronic files is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, the information is kept for the periods below.

Information that remains after account deletion: When you delete your account, we delete your account information, remaining credits and diamonds, and your saved-nickname list. We also delete the new iOS app's generation records (interview answers and results), your reactions to results, daily usage counts, and Live Activity push tokens. The information below remains after account deletion for the periods shown. Except for authentication audit records, it remains without any link to your account.

A daily server cleanup job deletes the payment records, per-device free-use records, and authentication audit records in the table above once their retention periods end. Per-device free-use records and authentication audit records are deleted when these periods end, whether or not you delete your account. The device identifier and the Live Activity notification token stored with generation job records in the new iOS app are deleted within about 1 to 2 days after the job starts. Anonymous accounts unused for 1 year (except those with remaining purchased credits) are deleted together with their records.
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties, except when the user has given prior consent, when required by law, or when the information is processed into a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical or research purposes.
The Service uses the third-party services below, and related information may be transmitted to and processed by these providers. Information sent to providers located in the United States is transferred overseas. Transfers take place over encrypted connections (HTTPS) while you use the Service, when the related feature runs. Each provider retains information according to its own privacy policy. If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can choose not to use optional features such as sign-in and watching ads, or you can stop using the app. In the existing app, advertising (Google AdMob) and usage analytics (Amplitude) run when the app starts, so these transfers stop only when you stop using the app. AI nickname generation cannot be provided without the AI providers below.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
Account deletion: In the new iOS app, you can delete your account directly in Settings (the gear icon at the top right) → 계정 삭제 (Delete Account). For accounts linked to Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to authenticate with Apple once more before deletion, and the Company asks Apple to revoke the sign-in tokens. Records created without signing in are carried over to your account when you sign in with Apple or Google, and carried-over records are deleted together when you delete that account. However, if an account already exists for that Apple or Google account or for the same email address, you are signed in to the account that already exists, and records created without signing in are not carried over; they remain for the period in Section 4. While not signed in, you can delete those records right away with 이 기기 기록 삭제 (Delete Device Records) in the same Settings, so if you want them deleted, do so before signing in. Users of the existing app can request account deletion at jiwoonesoft@gmail.com; after verifying your identity, the Company will delete your account and related personal information without delay. Section 4 describes what is deleted and what remains after deletion.
Opting out of personalized ads: The iOS app asks for your permission to track before using the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not used, and you can still watch ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the Ads menu of your device settings.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age and does not accept sign-ups from children under 14. If the Company discovers that personal information of a child under 14 has been collected, it will destroy that information without delay. Parents or guardians who become aware of such collection are asked to contact us at the address above.
